Do you know what’s destroying the planet? Animal Agriculture. Do you know who’s doing something about it? Vegans.
Diabetes can be managed effectively with lifestyle changes and Ayurvedic herbs like Gudmar and Jamun.
People with diabetes should never eat any sweets at all.
Great business ideas start with a problem that needs solving. Begin by identifying pain points that you or others are experiencing.
Think outside the box to come up with creative solutions to the pain points you've identified. Don't limit yourself. All ideas are good at this stage.
Use your constraints (e.g., financial or time limitations) to narrow down your list of solutions.
Create a video, drawing, model or mock-up to demonstrate your solution. It doesn't have to be perfect. Think of it as your first draft.
Find out what people think about your prototype. Talk to people that will use your solution. Implement their feedback to improve your prototype.
Once you are confident in your solution, create a business model around the pain and solution you have.

Ayurveda is an ancient science of healing disease, a science that not just emphasizes on curing diseases but also tells the right lifestyle for a healthy and long life. Ayurvedic medicines are truly more effective than chemical-laden medicines, the core of which is based upon prevention.
This ancient therapeutic practice of healing with herbs and mineral resources began its journey 5,000-year-old ago in India, and ever since it has been transcending boundaries across different parts of the world improving the ardour of living.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient therapeutic practice of treatment taking cues from the ancient medical scripts from the Vedas. Ayurveda encompasses an all-natural and holistic approach to promote mental and physical wellness. The word “Ayurveda” is derived from the Sanskrit word “Ayur”, meaning life and “Veda”, meaning knowledge.
As per the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality & Healing, the effects of Ayurveda are widely felt on the Indian subcontinent, and as much as 90% of Indian households are believed to use some forms of Ayurveda medicines or its healing techniques. Although this tradition is widespread among the western world, it is still not considered as a mainstream healthcare practice. This is where we need to take steps to spread awareness about the efficacy of Ayurveda and bring it to the forefront of the world through active advocacy.
Effectiveness of Ayurvedic Medicines as per the Science
So many clinical trials and research reviews confirmed positive efficacy on a series of ailments with Ayurveda medicines.
In 1970, the World Health Organization or WHO conducted a study in association with an Ayurvedic unit in India. It studied the efficacy of Ayurvedic medicine on rheumatoid arthritis. The results were positive with symptomatic relief from excruciating pain without any harmful side-effects.
Another study way back in 2011 established that Ayurvedic herbs are as effective in reducing the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis as Trexall. As per reports from the journal Cardiology, when combined with yoga, the practice of Ayurveda can dramatically improve the quality of life while reducing anxiety and stress. Alongside, it is equally beneficial to improve cardiovascular and hypertension symptoms.
So far, it does not showcase any serious harmful effects on your health. Embracing it in your life can improve your physical, physiological and mental health. However, it is always essential that you ask for suggestions from your healthcare professional.
